What if I lose my card?
Message us and we disable the lost card right away. Your profile stays online, and a replacement card links to the same profile, so nothing is lost.
Can I edit my info after I buy?
Yes, anytime and for free. Update your details, links and photo in your dashboard. The card never needs to be rewritten because it points to your profile.
Does it work with iPhone?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read the card automatically, with no app. Older iPhones and phones without NFC can scan the QR code on the back.
I forgot my PIN. What do I do?
Message us on Messenger and we reset it. We verify it is you, then send you a new 6-digit PIN.
How long is delivery?
We deliver nationwide via J&T and LBC. Metro Manila is usually 1 to 3 days and provincial 3 to 7 days. Pay by GCash, Maya or COD.
Do you do bulk orders for teams?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more cards are ₱899 per card in black or white, with a team dashboard to manage every profile. Message us to order.
What are the cards made of, and how much are they?
Every card is black or white matte PVC. One card is ₱999, and 10 or more are ₱899 each. Your profile is included and there is no subscription.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. Walang monthly fee. Your profile is free for life when you own a card.
